By placing an order with Ethical House Ltd, you warrant that you’re at least 18 years old or have parent’s permission to buy from us and accept these terms and conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed with Ethical House Ltd for the sale and supply of any products. None of these terms and conditions affect your statutory rights under the consumer rights act 2015. No other terms or changes to the terms and conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by Ethical House Ltd.
In purchasing with Ethical House Ltd you agree that your use or inability to use, the service/product(s) is at your sole risk. In no case shall Ethical House Ltd, our directors, employees, affiliates, suppliers, service providers be liable for any injury, loss, claim or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service or for any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Ethical House Ltd and our directors, partners, suppliers, employees, affiliates, service providers, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable solicitor’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the reference or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
All products remain Ethical House Ltd’s property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order.
Please note that local charges may occur, depending on your region and customs duties. These charges are at the customers expense. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognised before confirming the purchase.
All transfers conducted through Ethical House Ltd are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is transmitted over secure SSL encryption and is not stored. Please note that local charges may occur. Please read terms and conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they’re responsible for the transactions made.
Ethical House Ltd reserves the right to amend any information without prior notice including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings. At the event of an Ethical House Ltd’s product(s) are sold out, Ethical House Ltd has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. Ethical House Ltd shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.
Events outside of Ethical House Ltd’s control shall be considered force majeure.
Regarding international orders, goods may be subject to custom charges and fees. These fees will have to be paid before item(s) will be released to the recipient. The custom authorities in the destination country determine if charges are due on imported goods, these prices may vary. Ethical House Ltd is not responsible for these fees generated.

Here at Ethical House Ltd, we always try our best to ensure our products are lovingly made to a high standard, if for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase(s) please see below for more information.
To return any purchase(s) with Ethical House Ltd, you have 30 calendar days to return any item(s) from the date product(s) were received. The product(s) must be unused, unopened, still in the original packaging and have receipt or proof of purchase.
Once Ethical House Ltd receive your item(s) we will inspect and notify you of this. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting returned item(s).
If your return is approved, Ethical House Ltd will initiate a refund via original method of payment. Refunds can take a certain amount of days depending on your card issuer’s policies.
If eligible for a refund and since your purchase the item(s) have been reduced in one our sales, item(s) will be refunded back at their current cost not original purchase price.
The customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returning the item(s). Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
All damaged or defective item(s) claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
